What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a way of intentionally paying attention to the present moment with non-judgmental awareness, allowing for greater coping, growing and healing.
This class will follow social distancing guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants. Enrollment is limited and participants will be required to wear masks to all in person meetings.
