An 8-week Course for Cultivating Awareness and Well-Being

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a way of intentionally paying attention to the present moment with non-judgmental awareness, allowing for greater coping, growing and healing.

This experiential course will give you:

• Guided, individual instruction in mindfulness meditation practices

• Gentle stretching and mindful yoga

• Group dialogue to increase awareness in daily life

• Daily home assignments, including guided mindfulness recordings and a workbook

Our MBSR class will follow social distancing guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants. Enrollment is limited to 7 and participants will be required to wear masks to all in person meetings.

Refunds will be issued upon request prior to the first scheduled class meeting. If it is determined that you cannot attend the session and need to un-enroll, your payment will be applied to a future session.

Classes are Tuesdays, September 1st through October 20th from 6:30pm - 9:00pm

Facilitator: Chris Katzenmeyer, MS

Chris Katzenmeyer, MS is a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher. She has completed training in MBSR through the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Classes are Tuesdays, January 12 through March 2 from 6:30pm - 9:00pm

Plus, a Day of Mindfulness: Saturday, February 27 from 9:00am - 1:00pm
