Good Samaritan Medical Center
Good Samaritan Medical Center has resumed most prenatal classes with limited class size and class participants will be required to enter the front entrance of the hospital, have their temperature checked and wear a mask.
Participants will learn how to treat a choking child and how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Basic information about accidents and safety will be reviewed, as well as ways to childproof your home. (This class does not provide certification in CPR for professionals.) Children should not attend this class.
The class fee is $70 per couple.
For the health and safety of all, please call 303-689-4701 to reschedule this class if you are ill with a cold or a fever blister.
Babes-in-arms are welcome in class but older children are not appropriate in this adult learning environment.
This class does not provide certification but will make participants feel very prepared to respond in an emergency situation.
If you cancel your registration prior to two weeks before the start of class, we will provide a refund, less a $10 processing fee. Refunds cannot be given after that time. We are unable to transfer registration fees to another class should you miss your scheduled class. Occasionally, due to low enrollment, we must cancel a class. In those instances, we are happy to provide a full refund or assist you in selecting another class.
In case of bad weather, please call the main hospital phone number at 303-689-4000 two hours before class start time for cancellation information. If the class is cancelled, you will be contacted the next business day to reschedule.
