Disability and Family Medical Leave (FMLA)

SCL Health provides Short-Term and Long-Term Disability to benefits eligible associates. If you are unable to work due to an extended illness or a non-work-related injury, your disability benefits will replace a portion of your income. Disability income will help you manage household expenses until you are able to return to work.
