Let’s face it, we’re probably not as active as we’d like to be during the winter. Whether it’s the cold or the early darkness, we’ve all found an excuse to skip a run or two. But as the weather gets warmer we’re creating excuses to get outside and get active. That is, obviously, a good thing. But don’t try to take your activity level from winter to 100 all at once.
